Hello all the staff who helped me

 

My name is Michael Stirling I bought points last year and I just want to compliment all of your staff for the dealings we have had with them. It was a big step to take but we took it and do not regret it. So far we have only been to Spain and we done a weekend away near our home in Inverness through your bonus scheme. Each time it took less than an hour to get everything booked and confirmed. Super service and well trained staff.

 

We would be very happy to recommend you to anyone who asks about you.

Thank you again for everything you have done for us through this covid pandemic. We are grateful to have all of our fees returned and still hold on to our points. This was an unexpected surprise considering our situation. 


We have since banked our points for next year and reserved the Barbie stay for our granddaughter and 4 weeks in Asia for ourselves. Your membership services team are a credit to you and we can't thank everyone involved enough for your help.


We shall also be posting our great satisfaction as a review wherever we can so that people know there are good clubs out there too.

My husband and I are now GVC members and bought points from a venue of yours here in the U.K. My husband Graham is a fanatic for holidays, and we have just proved to ourselves by using GVC points we can have 2 to 3 more breaks away per year without spending any more money than we were before. Yes, you have to be flexible, but your booking agents don’t half find some bargains.

We are not wealthy by any means, but we do love our holidays. If you are looking for someone to promote your club, then we are willing. It’s great.

We recently attended one of your presentations about GVC points and I have to say what a delight it was not what we expected. We went along prepared for the hard line Timeshare talk and it just did not appear. Another big thing we liked was no expensive exchange fees for doing nothing and when we compared you against buying a Timeshare to us it was common sense we will save a hell of a lot more money on your system and we don't have to worry about restrictions of peak weeks and low weeks etc. our points allow us to go away anytime which is marvelous and we only spend the points accordingly.

 

For people like us this is the perfect and most fair system we have come across and yes we joined up. I and my wife would challenge anyone who says gvc points wouldn't work for them. We hope others read this too because we feel you deserve to be recognized for your great club.

We attended a presentation earlier this year where your club was being promoted and opted to buy into the scheme. Our intention is to buy more points but would just like to ask the following:

 

We bought these points when we were in Mexico and have since returned to our home in Ohio. Do we have to return to Mexico to buy more points, or can we buy from GVC direct?

 

We were so impressed by the whole thing and the same day we joined we had a swap made about 2 hours later allowing us to move to a more beautiful place. It made our vacation a hundred times better and we wished we had known about GVC before we went.

 

Anyway if you could let us know the best thing to do it would be greatly appreciated.

I came across the club whilst on a business trip to Thailand. In the Arab region this is a fairly new concept but the standard of accommodation available and the offers you have really excited me and my family.

We are keen to travel around the world and this gives us a good reason to make sure we do it. The system is very flexible and its pleasing to know we can stay even for one night. We tested it in Dubai and had a good time and next time we plan to go further afield. This product would be very well received in the Middle East and hopefully you will open offices here in the future.

I am just writing to confirm our new allocation of points have been added to our account. 

As an introductory offer my husband and I couldn’t refuse, even though we had not even used the club yet. We have gone from 3,500 points to the 10,000 you made available including the free 5-year annual fees that came with it.

Upon receiving your offer and doing our sums it made more sense to us due to our own holiday requirements and family size. The free points were definitely the deciding factor for us as I am sure we would have purchased more at a later date anyway.

Now we are extremely happy knowing we have an abundance of points available and even better they came free of charge through your new member package.

Thailand was superb Thanks to everyone who made it happen

We have just returned from our first trip to Thailand with Global and it was just fantastic. On a long distance holiday we always have some worries about hotels and airport troubles. This holiday we can honestly hand on heart say it was perfect. When we got to Thailand the first three days were in Bangkok and although it was very busy it was still worth the experience. After that it was back to the airport and onward to Koh Samui which literally took our breath away. The beaches and the heat are what we went for but our resort made it just a bit more special. Our place was right on the beach and quite secluded so it was private and romantic too.

For the points we used it was incredible value and the villa had everything in it which we adored. The people at the resort were helpful and spoke good English and even the Thai people were amazing. This was one of our dream holidays and thanks to your company there was zero to complain about. You got everything spot on.

We are already booked up for Las Vegas so hopefully it will be as amazing as you made the Thailand trip.

Thank you and we look forward to getting used to this brilliant service you provide.

DELAYED THANKS

 

We joined GVC Points a few months back and to be honest we thought it was going to be a disaster, upon arrival home and checking over membership details the agent had made some errors which took a few emails back and forward to resolve.

Next, we paid our levy charges which for some reason got returned to us with some confusion but again it was resolved amicably. However, you can imagine our concerns as new members. As far as we are concerned now, everything is ok and are excited to be going on one of your cruises to Norway. All is confirmed and we are now on countdown to sail.

Although we may have started off as doubters its only fair, we let you know the resolutions were handled very well.

Our feedback will be coming after this cruise.

Mick Grey here from Australia. I just wanted to thank your team for all the help and direction given to us over our holiday requests recently. I work overseas and my wife is obviously at home so its always quite difficult to work things out where we can get away.

We had asked you to arrange a week in Dubai to coincide with my visa being renewed for work. The dates we provided you were not the best I guess but hats off to your team as they found us an ideal solution.

I am not writing about the holiday but to say thanks to the two girls who took the time over about a week to deal with my wife and I in two different countries to make sure we got the chance to get away together when it looked highly unlikely.

Your customer service people are totally brilliant.
